Vitadin Chat - TERMS OF SERVICE
PLEASE READ THE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCEPTING THE TERMS.
BY ACCEPTING THE TERMS YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT, AGREE TO BE BOUND BY IT'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND ARE OF LEGAL AGE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.
IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS YOU SHOULD CLOSE THIS WINDOW.
1- REFUND POLICY
Refunds are at the discretion of Vitadin.Net. A suitable explanation for refund must be provided before a refund can be considered. In the case of an error by our staff Vitadin.Net will provide a full refund as long as the account was never used or accessible by the account holder. Other types of refunds will be considered on a case by case basis but if approved are generally pro-rated according the time remaining on the account minus a $5.00 service charge. If you no longer want an account we will allow you to transfer account time to another account. We do not provide refunds for accounts that have been suspended or deoped for abuse, so please use your account within the terms of the Operator Agreement. Finally, if you do request a refund we reserve the right to refuse you future accounts with Vitadin.Net.
2- BILLING AGREEMENT
You certify that the information provided is true and correct and that you will be responsible for payment of the account and are authorized to use the credit card you submit for payment.
You agree that Vitadin.Net has the right to suspend or remove the account without refund for ( but not limited to ) a breach in chat policy as stated on the Vitadin web sites. In the event that the account is removed, You understand that you are still reponsible for payment for the account and bound by this contract.
3- CHARGEBACK POLICY
You agree that, if you or any other person(s) involved in payment for this account causes a chargeback we have the right to remove the account, turn the account over to a collection agency. You also agree that in the event of a chargeback caused directly or indirectly that you will be liable for the full amount plus a USD $100 penalty to Vitadin.Net for fraudulent activity for each chargeback, any additional bank penalties, charges, legal fees, and any other expenses involved in collection of payment. You also agree that if the penalties are not paid in full Vitadin.Net can remove your account as well as any other accounts you have even if those other accounts were not paid for by you.
4- LEGAL DISCLAIMER
As a user of Vitadin.Net. services, you waive all rights to direct or indirect legal action against Vitadin.Net or it's sharholders.
5- OPERATOR ENTITLEMENT
Vitadin Operator status entitles you to unlimited access and special benefits on all of Vitadin.Net-Chat Services including servers SERVER_TR(Turkey Server), SERVER_IN(International Server), SERVER_NO(Norway Server), Wait List, Chat Mail, OPs Board.
You also understand that you are expected to respect other users, keep within the law, and that you may be asked but not obligated to take on additional responsiblity to help police and keep the chat line clean and friendly for all users. You agree not to oppose in any way those who take the time to keep the chat clean and friendly by fairly enforcing chat policies.
And also you accept not to give anyone any porn links or child porn links.
6- BILLING INFORMATION
You agree to provide a valid name, home address, phone number, and email contact details for yourself and that Vitadin.Net will not reveal, release, sell, or otherwise distribute this information. If you provide false information you understand that you could face criminal charges for fraudulent activity on the internet.
7-REBILLING
We do not do automatic rebilling any account. You can view your account details by typing "/account". Please remember to renew your account a few days before it expires to avoid a lapse and just in case of problems renewing.
